Q: Do you have a shop? 

A: We are currently home based at the moment. 

Q: Your delivery information please?

A: We deliver only during weekends. Orders received from Mondays - Fridays will be delivered either on a Saturday or Sunday as per your preference. Delivery timing varies,  from 11.00 am To 7.00 pm. Self collection - Postal Code 821659.

FOR MARCH: We've opened slots for Friday - Sundays pick ups and deliveries!

Q: Can I order outside weekends? I am hosting a big party and require party sizes. 

A: For any bulk order or special arrangements, kindly use the CONTACT US form.

Q: What happens if I'm not at home upon delivery? 

A: Upon delivery, If our team can't reach anyone at the door, an attempt will be made to contact you via phone. The driver will wait for maximum 5 minutes. If no one is home to receive the items on the day of delivery, our delivery team will leave the items at your door step and we will not be held liable for any loss or compromise in product quality. 

Q: What payment mode do you accept?

A: MK Kitchen accepts Paynow, Paylah or iBanking. After checkout, you will be directed to the page for payment before your order is complete.

Q: How can I contact MK Kitchen?

Q: How much is the delivery?

A: Delivery is at $5.00 per location. Orders above $40 will be delivered free of charge.

Q: Can we self-collect?

A: Self-collection can be arranged at 821659. Kindly select this desired option upon checkout for self pick ups. 

Q: Are your food kept at optimum during delivery?

A: Our delivery team uses cooler boxes and ice packs to ensure freshness of the products during delivery journey. Kindly refrigerate / freeze immediately upon receiving of the items.

Q: Why are some of your food items frozen?

A: Frozen doesn't mean we cooked them decades ago. The frozen food items are prepared max a few days prior to delivery. Freezing them ensures freshness. 

Q: Is your potato salad vegan friendly?

A: The only animal by products are eggs. 

Q: Are you halal certified?

A: We are not halal certified, however there are no pork and no lard in all our products. 

Q: Where do you source your products from?

A: Whenever possible, we source our ingredients from sustainable sources. Our eggs used are strictly kampung eggs, vegetables are organic whenever supplies permits, seafood are all strictly wild caught and packaging biodegradable whenever possible. All sauces that goes into our food are of Japanese origin. 

Q: How long can can MK food products be kept for?

A: Potato Salads are made fresh hence 3 days max from date of receiving. The Mentaiko Salad consists of Fish Roe as a sauce ingredient hence good to consume within 2 days. Frozen products up to 3 months as no preservatives are used. 

Q: Prices are pretty steep for a home based business. Why?

A: We use only quality produce & products. Our cooking pots & pans are all eco friendly ones without half screwed nasty teflon coatings. The spices purchased are not your Tesco brands and even the cooking oil used in preparation process uses Pure Coconut Oil. Healthy but Costly! For the ease of mind, you will understand that the food we put into our mouths, are the same that we put into your mouths too. You are what you eat, so are we! 

Q: Is your home premises clean & hygienic? 

A: The home owner's wife is OCD (Obsessive cleaning disorder) so rest assured of cleanliness. You will be happy to know that we use ONLY plant based cleaning liquid for all our food equipment items including floor detergent. We are strongly against chemicals that pollute our great mother nature.
